Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open only to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sponsor: This sweepstakes is sponsored by FlowFest LLC, a Minnesota company.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of FlowFest LLC as final and binding as it relates to the content of this sweepstakes.

Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online ending 5/24/24 @ 5:55AM All online entries must be received by 5/23/25 @ 7:15PM

How to Enter: Entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of FlowFest LLC. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Prizes: Winners will receive two (2) Full 3-Day Passes to the FlowWave Festival. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by FlowFest LLC. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at FlowFest LLC's discretion. The prize is nontransferable.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 100 entries.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of FlowFest LLC.
